E-DESIGN SERVICES
Being able to complete the interior design process remotely offers a convenient, more accessible avenue to the luxury service, whilst still delivering the same high end service tailored to your individual home and needs.
THE PROCESS EXPLAINED
STEP ONE - YOU SELECT YOUR PACKAGE AND THE PROCESS BEGINS!
This normally follows a discovery call or email contact where you can ask any questions and we can determine which package suits your needs best.
STEP TWO - WE GET YOUR INFORMATION AND PICTURES
We’ll pop you an email to say hello and request all the information we need to start your design process. This typically consists of a questionnaire for you to complete, as well as pictures and measurements of the space, any inspiration pictures you may have compiled and anything else you think might help us!
With the measurements, either a hand drawn floorplan or digital floorplan work, as long as they show the necessary measurements so we can ensure any furnishing and bespoke cabinetry we spec all fit perfectly within the space. There is the optional ‘on site add-on’ which includes us taking all necessary measurements ourselves. Please note this is only available in certain locations. STEP THREE - ONLINE CONSULTATION
Once we’ve looked through all the information you’ve provided, we will schedule a video consultation with you where we ask any questions needed and take the opportunity to discuss your brief and possible solutions in more detail. This call will help us hone in on direction and also give you the chance to ask any questions you may have. This call lasts approximately 30-45 minutes. There is the optional ‘on site add-on’ which includes us completing the consultation on site at your home, giving us the opportunity to walk through the space together as well as measure up. Please note this is only available in certain locations.
Please note - for the ‘Mini Fix’ package we skip step three & four but we may schedule a brief phone call to discuss any queries and at step five you get your three tweaks.
STEP FOUR - WE CREATE THE BASE CONCEPT & LAYOUT
Following on from the consultation we will take your measurements and develop your space in our 3D design software. We’ll create the base concept and layout and share this with you, presented with annotation to help you understand the proposal for the space. We can then tweak the base concept and layout up to 3 times, to ensure you’re fully happy with the direction. Once sign off is received, we get to work developing your design!
STEP FIVE- FINAL DESIGN PRESENTATION
We then work to develop the base concept into a complete concept design, considering and finalising all elements. We’ll create your final design presentation, detailing all elements of the design and containing all the information needed for you to enact the design yourself. The contents of your presentation will vary depending on the package you have selected and we aim to deliver your final design presentation within 2-4 weeks of sign off on base concept, with lead time varying based on size of project and package selected. Depending on your package, you also have ongoing support from 2 weeks, up to 2 months.
